President Director
Born in Bandung, November 7th 1990. He graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 2012 and holds a master degree of Geotechnical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Andreas’s primary goal is making his clients successful. He maintains a powerful professional network that allows him to assemble customized teams to accomplish project goals. As NDS Engineering founder and President, he is personally involved with each and every project undertaken by the company.
IKHSAN RAMADHAN, S.T.
Technical & Operations Director
Born in Bandung April 5th 1990, he holds a Civil Engineering degree from Parahyangan Catholic University. In his role as Technical and Operations Director, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality engineering services that the firm is known for. Ikhsan has been instrumental in building NDS Engineering unified and efficacious team, working closely with managers and engineers to ensure schedules and budgets stay on track. A results-driven leader, he focuses on identifying the best solutions for the challenges posed by his clients, utilizing the diverse skills of NDS Engineering team and applying the necessary resources to get the job done.
BINTER SINAGA, S.E., AK
Commissioner
Born in Samosir January 24th 1957, for more than three decades Binter Sinaga is involved in the bussiness. During 1990s and 2000s Binter became top management at one of the biggest Indonesian Goverment Owned Company, PT. Dirgantara Indonesia, Commissioner of PT. Nusantara Turbin and Propulsi and Director of Finance of Dana Pensiun PT. Dirgantara Indonesia. With his qualities and massive experience, Binter focuses to keep our bussiness stay on the track and keep aiming our goals as world class company.
ANUGRAH WIRYAWAN, S.T.
Operations Manager
Born in Ambon 18th September 1990, he holds a Civil Engineering degree from Parahyangan Catholic University. Anugrah is a dedicated manager with expertise in overseeing all operational aspects of a fast-paced, heavy schedule of deadlines and thrives in challenging situations with a superior record of managing simultaneous projects. As operational manager Anugrah’s responsibility is setting the foundations to allow the company to grow, by creating and develop a process to allow a smooth operation and by standardising the tasks that we do every day.

Senior Geophysicist
Born in Klaten 19th February 1958, he holds a Geophysical Engineering degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He has more than 35 years of experiences as Geophysical Engineer and Geophysical Department Head in various companies. With his massive experience, Mandar is ready to provide the best solution in every aspect of your engineering needs.
RIVA RAFSANJANI ALHAQ, M.T.
Project Management Engineer
Born in Langsa, July 17th 1990. He greaduated from Parahyangan Cathollic University, Bandung and holds Master Degree for Construction Engineering Management form Institut Teknologi Bandung. Riva is dedicated in controlling project progress, ensuring availability of resource allocations, and coordinating with teams to achieve project goals set by the company.
M. DICKY NURHADI, S.ST
Engineer
Born in Bandung 30th December 1994, he holds a Civil Engineering degree from Polytechnic State of Bandung. Dicky is a dedicated utilize the engineering principles of solid and rock mechanics, geology and construction to understand their effects on the physical environment. As Geotechnical Engineer Dicky’s responsibility is setting the foundations to allow the company to grow, by creating and develop a process to allow a smooth operation, standardising the tasks that we do every day and performing geotechnical engineering analysis and preparation managing the construction.
